I was looking around for easy chicken recipes. This is a mix of a couple that I found removing some extra steps and ingredients I felt were not needed. I was pretty happy with what I ended up with!

8Boneless chicken thighs
3/4 cupseasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tspseason salt or regular salt
3/4 cupbottled Ranch Dressing (preferably Hidden Valley)

Preheat oven to 375°F

Mix the dry ingredients in a shallow bowl. Put the ranch dressing in another shallow bowl

Dip the chicken in the dressing then coat in crumbs.

Place chicken in a greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Or line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
