Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 lbboneless, skinless chicken breasts
  2. 1/2 tspsalt
  3. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  4. 1 tspolive oil
  5. 2 tsplemon juice
  6. 2 tsprosemary
  7. 2 tspparsley
  8. 1/4 cupwater
  9. 1/4 tspchicken bouillon
  10. 1/2lemon, sliced - for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375ºF. Coat a small, shallow roasting pan with cooking spray.

    Heat water and dissolve chicken bouillon (or substitute with 1/4 cup chicken broth)

    Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper. Transfer chicken to prepared pan and drizzle with oil; sprinkle with lemon juice, rosemary and parsley. Pour broth around chicken to coat bottom of pan.

    Bake until chicken is cooked through, about 30 to 35 minutes. Garnish with fresh lemon and serve.

All of the descriptions on my recipes include the new "Smartpoints" value on Weight Watchers for each serving. Some are duplicates from others that I found online, with modifications to reduce the number of points or remove/substitute ingredients my husband and/or I don't like.I'm still new to the kitchen and cooking for two (normally I make recipes for 4 and pack the leftovers for lunch the next day) and am looking to learn more. If you have any suggestions for any of my recipes regarding ingredients or cooking methods please send me a message!!
