Place Papdi in a plate. Put the veggies on each papdi.

Pour curd and the two types of. Chutneys liberally all over. Sprinkle the spice mix.

Garnish with your favourite topping and serve immediately.

Variation : 1. make Mexican chat by replacing potatoes with rajma topped up with salsa and cheese. 2. For Italian chat, combine capsicum, onion and tomatoes with pizza sauce. Use it as a topping. Drizzle mayonnaise, sprinkle cheese, chilli flakes and the herbs.
