With an air fryer, you can make any variety of sweet potatoes moist, sweet, and delicious.

Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly (this time using Beniharuka variety)

Wrap them in two sheets of paper towels while still wet, then wrap in aluminum foil

Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) and cook the sweet potatoes for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes. Adjust the time based on the thickness of the sweet potatoes.

Once done, insert a skewer to check if it goes through easily.

★ Chilled baked sweet potatoes are also delicious, so try refrigerating them. They pair perfectly with vanilla ice cream!
