  1. 8 poundpork ribs two full slabs
  2. 3 cupSlobber Knocker sauce see recipe
  3. 2 tablespoonssalt
  4. 1 teaspoonground white pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the grill, charcoal and oak wood

  2. 2

    Remove the silver skin membrane

  3. 3

    Season with salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Grill on the grill till done.

    Let rest 10 minutes.
