  • 3 cupsrice
  • 6 cupswater
  • 4chicken bouillon cubes (I like to crush them)
  • 4 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 1 teaspoonground turmeric

    Heat olive oil in a pan

    Add 3 cups of rice. Sautee the rice.

    Add bouillon cubes, ground turmeric, and water.

    Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 min
