Ingredients

  1. 2 lbPeeled Shrimp
  2. 1 lbFrozen Sweet White Corn
  3. 1 lbFrozen Pearl onions
  4. 1 canCream style corn
  5. 1 canfire roasted tomatoes
  6. 1 cantomato paste
  7. 1 canRotel
  8. 1 cupseasoning blend (onions, peppers, celery)
  9. 1 cancrushed tomatoes
  10. 32 OzCarton chicken stock
  11. 1 stick+ some REAL BUTTER
  12. Creole seasoning
  13. Zataran's crab boil powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Saute seasoning blend in butter (reserve the stick).

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients except shrimp and butter. Cook for 30 mins on med heat.

  3. 3

    Toss in stick of butter and shrimp. Cook about 10 minutes until shrimp is done.
