Steps

Take 1 cup milk in a bowl. Put the cocoa powder and the corn flour in the milk and mix it smoothly.

Take another 1 cup milk in a pan. Add the sugar and keep stirring till it comes to a boil.

Now strain the prepared chocolate mixture through a sieve and pour in the boiling milk. Keep stirring continuously to avoid lumps till it forms a thick paste.

Now pour the prepared mixture into ramekin bowls and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes unmould the jiggly chocolate pudding on a plate. Garnish with cocoa powder drizzle and a mint sprig.Serve.
