Cut the carrots into thin strips.

Put 1 teaspoon sesame oil on pan and fry it with low flame and lid.

Season carrots with salt to taste.

Season cooked leftover rice with salt and sesame oil. Cut Nori Seaweed sheets. Put 1 tablespoon rice on Nori and then place carrots in center. Roll it from the bottom.

Brush sesame oil.

Sprinkle sesame seeds.
