  • 2cucumbers chopped
  • 2apples chopped
  • 2 tbspchopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 tspdates syrup or honey
  • For the dressing
  • 2 tbspmayonnaise
  • 1 tspmustard sauce
  • 1/2 tsppepper powder
  • 1 tbspmilk or water
  • 1/2 tspapple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tspblack sesame seeds

    In a bowl add chopped cucumber, apples, salt and dates syrup coat well. They should be chilled

    Mix all the ingredients in the dressing section

    Add walnuts to the salad and pour dressing over it. Mix well. Add sesame seeds and serve.
