Steps

Wash the raw mango,peel it and cut into small pieces. keep the pan on medium flame add oil,then add mustard seeds, methi toss it

Now add the raw mango pieces, red chilli powder and salt,stir thoroughly,cook it for 5 mins.

Now add jaggery and mixture well again cook it for 5 to 6 mins

Now off the flame and cool it properly.then transfer it in a glass jar.

It's very yummy to eat.
