Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 poundground beef
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonchili powder
  • 1 teaspooncumin
  • 1 teaspoontaco seasoning
  • 1 cupreduced fat chicken broth
  • 1 canchili beans
  • 1 canblack beans
  • 1 cancrushed tomatoes
  • 1 cancorn drained
  • 1 cupsalsa
  • 1 (8 Oz)box velveeta cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown hamburger meat in a large pot with seasonings until no longer pink

  2. 2

    Add all other ingredients except velveeta and bring to boil stirring frequently

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to simmer and add cubed velveeta cheese until melted and combined

  4. 4

    Enjoy!
