Although it takes very little time to prepare, this unique pickle has a very exhilarating flavour,thanks to a masala mixture that combines a couple of seeds and spices..
You can have it with paratha, Thepla, Khichadi or even with bread..

Steps
- 1
Wash,wipe and peel the carrots.
Discard the inside white part.
Same as carrots,do with the capsicum.
Discard the seeds.
Cut both in length wise.
(Approx 2 inches long)
Make the smokey hot oil and cool completely. - 2
Take a steel vessel.add Carrot capsicum and add readymade masala..mix properly.

Now add oil.
Mix well.
Pickle making procedure is done.
Now fill in the jar and let the carrot and Capsicum get soft in 2-3 days.
After that the pickle will be ready to eat..
