  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1shallot
  • 2 tbsppeanut oil
  • 1 tincherry tomatoes
  • 1 tincoconut mik
  • 1 tinred lentils
  • 1carrot (grated)
  • 1/2zucchini (grated)
  • 3 tbspbutter
  • 1.5 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1heaped tsp salt
  • 1 tbspmild curry powder

    Fry garlic and shallot in oil

    Add the rest of the ingredients

  3. 3

    Simmer for at least an hour or two to achieve desired thickness.
