Heat pan and add in cooking.oil.Stir fry tomatoes until half cooked.Remove and set aside.

Crack and beat eggs,add salt,pepper and spring onion.

Heat pan again and put cooking oil.Drop egg mixture.Let it form until adding the tomatoes.

Slowly mix until egg are cooked.
