1 ContainerCrab Salad
4Eggs, beaten
1/2-1 C.Whole Milk
1 C.Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1 tsp.Each Salt and Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large mixing bowl add eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside. Add crab salad to a large nonstick skillet and spread out evenly. Pour egg mixture over top and bake til eggs are almost cook completely 20 minutes or so. Remove from oven top with shredded cheese. Add back into oven to finish cooking til eggs are cooked through and cheese is melted.

Remove from oven and let set for 5-8 minutes. Serve immediately or wait and serve at room temperature. Enjoy 😋.
