Leave bread out for 1 day to dry out. Cook the potatoes for mashing. Open soup can. Chop celery into small pieces. In a large bowl add the bread, soup, then add the celery. Mix. Now add seasonings and mix. Add the potatoes and mix.

Put mix in a foil pan with a lid or use tin foil to cover. Put stuffing in a pre-heated oven at 400 deg. for 40 minutes. Remove cover and cook 10 minutes more to crisp up a little. Serve warm.
