To make the dip, crushed the chillies,salt and tamarind all together with palm sugar in a mortar stone. it will be very thick, so you can crushed a slice or two young mango to add the sour taste and gives a little moist for the dipping sauce

Serve in the plate and you can dip the young mango with the sauce,its sooo yummm
