Ingredients

6-8 servings
  • 2-1/2 poundspork loin
  • 1 poundmixed vegetables
  • 1 teaspoonground white pepper
  • 1-1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 stalkscelery thinly sliced
  • 1/2large onion diced
  • 2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • 1/3 cupdiced green bell pepper
  • 1-1/2 teaspoonsesame oil
  • 1/4 cupChinese black vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the bell pepper, pork, onion and spices.

    Stirfry the pork mixture. Cook till just done.
