Cooking Instructions

Cut the steak in slices or squares however you prefer

Have the skillet in low fire with 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Place the steak in the skillet and add garlic powder, salt, chicken bouillon and a slice of onion and lemon pepper and cover and let it cook til the juice of the steak is semi absorbed

While you waiting for the steak to cook, you can start peeling and washing and cutting potatoes into small cubes

Once the steak is cooked add the potatoes and add 2 spoons of self rising flour stir til the flour is brown then add 2 cups of water into the skillet also add the can of hot rotel

Cover the skillet, let it cook for 30 minutes or until potatoes are soft

After it’s ready serve with Mexican rice and corn tortillas if you prefer. Enjoy 🫶🏻
