Steps

Place tilapia, ginger, and garlic. Pour desired amount of vinegar, water and a bit of oil. Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Let it boil in medium fire for at least 5 minutes to make sure the vinegar is cooked.

Add the coconut milk and boil until the fish is cooked.

Serve with rice.
