Ingredients

4-5 servings
  1. 1 cupdry orzo pasta
  2. 4-6 ozfeta cheese (or 1 package of most brands)
  3. 1/2red bell pepper
  4. 1/2-1 bunchcilantro, chopped
  5. 2 tbsolive oil (or more to taste)
  6. 1 tbslemon juice
  7. to tastesalt and pepper

  1. 1

    Cook orzo according to package instructions in salted water

  2. 2

    Drain and transfer to a large bowl then toss pasta with feta, bell pepper, cilantro, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt and pepper

  3. 3

    Serve chilled

  4. 4

    Note*: lime juice can be substituted for lemon juice.
