250 grammoong
100 mlwater
1/ 2 tsp salt
7-8garlic cloves
4-5green chillies
1 tbspoil

Soaked moong overnight. Then grind in mixi jar with salt, garlic, and chillies, water as required

Grease appe pan with oil then pour the batter. Cover the pan with lid on slow flame for 5 mins.

Appe are ready to serve serve them with chutney
