Ingredients

20 minutes
1 Portion
  1. 3potatoes
  2. 1/4 cupSattu Flour
  3. 1 tbspfreshly chopped coriander
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  6. Water as required
  7. Oil for frying
  8. 1 cupMasala tea
  9. as neededTomato sauce

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel,wash and dice the potatoes.
    Take sattu flour in a bowl.
    Add salt, chopped coriander,chilli powder and little water,make it thick.

    Add potato rings in the better.coat well.
    Heat the oil on medium flame.
    Add the coated rings in the oil and fry till crispy and light brown in colour.

    Remove the fritters on the kitchen paper.
    Make all maru bhajiya with same procedure.
    Serve in a dish together with masala tea and tomato sauce.
    Enjoy breakfast..
