Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2Orange
  2. 1 cupStrawberry
  3. 1/2 litreFull cream milk
  4. 2 tablespoonsPowered sugar
  5. PinchSaffron strands

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly peel, deseed and cut oranges in small-small pieces.

  2. 2

    Then make puree of strawberry in grinder.

  3. 3

    Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan on medium flame till it gets thicken.

  4. 4

    Add strawberry puree, orange, sugar and saffron strands and mix it nicely.

  5. 5

    Delicious Strawberry Orange Kheer is ready to serve. You may serve it warm or cold.
