Chicken breast
Sun dried tomato pesto
Cheese
Lettuce
Cucumber
Tomato
Mayo
I use a crusty cob/bread roll

Butterfly your chicken breast stuff inside with pesto also place some on the top of the chicken breast add cheeses to the middle and sprinkle over the top oven cook for 25-30 mins

Prepare your salad

Put the salad on the crusty cob remove chicken from oven and place in the bun adding mayo to the top bun
