Wash and blend pepper and onions,wash peel your carrots,chop into piece and also chop your green beans

Wash and blend your ginger and garlic and blend your crayfish

Put your pot on the fire add your rice and allow it to boil for 15 minutes

Drop the pot pour the rice into a bowl wash your rice thoroughly put back pot on the fire add add your vegetable oil

Allow the oil to heat for 5 minutes and add a little chopped onions and allow it to fry add your blended pepper and onions and your tin tomatoes

Fry for 5 minutes add your blended ginger and garlic and crayfish and fry them for 10 minutes and pour water into the pot

Add maggi and salt to the water and your curry, leave the water to boil for few minutes and add your washed rice to it

When the water is almost dried add your chopped carrot and green beans and also your green peas

Cover the pot and allow it to boil till the water is dried,drop down your pot and stir thoroughly

Your garnished jellof rice is ready,it can be serve hot or cold
