It's so easy and so much cheaper to make granola in your own kitchen! So much healtheir without the added oils and dried fruit. Tastes great sprinkled on a big bowl of fresh fruit with a bit of nuts and dried fruit. (Makes about 4 cups)

Preheat the oven to 300°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper

Place the peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla, sea salt, and 1/2 cup water in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy

Place the oats in a large bowl and pour the peanut butter mixture over them. Mix until the oats are well coated. Spread the mixture evenly over the parchment-lined baking sheet

Bake until the oats are dry to the touch and lightly browned, stirring occasionally, 40 to 50 minutes. Turn the oven off, but leave the granola in the oven until it has cooled completely

Store the granola in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 10 days
