In a microwave safe plate add nuts and 1 teaspoon ghee. Microwave 1 minute. Remove and give it a stir and microwave further 30 seconds. Set aside.

In another microwave safe plate add sesame seeds and microwave for 1 minute. Give it a stir and microwave further 30 seconds. Set aside.

Blitz the dates to fine paste.
In a pan add 1 teaspoon of ghee and cook while stirring for couple of minutes. Add in nuts and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds. Turn the heat off and mix with a spatula.
Let it cool until you can mix with hands. - 5
Mix and make small balls. Roll in sesame seeds and press them in a mould. Repeat for the rest.
Add biscoff spread in a bag and microwave for 20 to 30 seconds. Cut the tip of the bag and drizzle in the middle. Let it cool completely. Enjoy - 6
