Ingredients

30mins
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1 kgchicken
  • 2bulbs of onions
  • 2cucumbers
  • 3maggi
  • Tomatoes (blended)
  • red pepper

Steps

    Take a medium sized pot, rinse well and add water to it. Wash d rice and bring it to a boil.

    Put the rice in a well covered food flask and leave it.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile cut cucumbers,fresh tomatoes, onions and put into a seperate large bowl and leave.

  4. 4

    To make the sauce, heat oil in a pan but just a little quantity chop onions and add to the oil, add tomato puree, add approimately 3 cubes of maggi, a tablespoon of salt and a cup of water cover with the pan's lid and allow to cook till u can see the oil come out clear.

    Cook turkey with your desired method.

    Put the cooked rice on a clean on at plate,add the stew, put the already cut cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes by the side then put cooked turkey on top and serve with a chilled drink. Enjoy and try
