Karonda sabji

At first, wash karonda and chilli properly. Then cut into 2 Part. Take a kadhai heat oil. Add asafodieta, cumin seeds, carom seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric powder. Stir it.

Add karonda and chilli. Mix it well. Then add salt, black salt., fennel seeds, dry mango powder,coriander powder and garam masala. Mix everything well.

Cover it and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame. Karonda sabji is ready now.

Take it out in a bowl. Serve it with paratha, roti, puri, pulao, dal rice etc......😋😋
