Delicious, easy, and fluffy—the best part is you can make it with just 1 yogurt if you want.

Add 2 containers of your preferred yogurt flavor to a bowl.

Using the empty yogurt container as a measuring cup, add 3/4 container of vegetable oil and 2 containers of sugar to the bowl.

Once combined, add 3 eggs and mix until the batter is smooth and well blended.

Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and 3 containers of flour. Mix until the batter is fully combined.

Grease a loaf pan, pour in the batter, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes in an electric oven with heat from both top and bottom.

Let cool before serving and enjoy!
