Chia Seed Pudding

This is my favourite way to enjoy Chia Seeds. To achieve the consistency of the pudding that I like, I mix 2 & 1/2 tablespoons Chia Seeds with 1/2 cup Milk and 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup. And I always add some Frozen Blueberries, because I always have them. You may wish to add fresh Blueberries OR Strawberries.

Steps
- 1
Mix Chia Seeds, Milk and Maple Syrup in a serving glass. Set aside for 5 minutes, occasionally stirring, so that Chia Seeds won’t sink to the bottom.
- 2
Add some Frozen Blueberries and leave it in the fridge for 2 hours OR longer, stirring occasionally. *Note: If you use fresh Blueberries, add them just before you eat the pudding to enjoy the freshness.
- 3
Add some extra Blueberries on top, and enjoy.
