Cut all the veggies & mix with paneer, cheese, spices & sauce ;keep little sauce aside ou you can use a othe mix of sauce

Knead flour with little salt & keep aside for 10 min after 10 min apply little ghee & knead again
Make equal size ball roll it like Chapati but little thick;apply sauce on half Chapati & spread pizza veggies as shown in pic - 3
Other 1/2 side fold gently & mark impressions from fork ; you can see in pic
Heat heavy bottom pan / griddle on gas & put on that roast with ghee / butter 🧈 on both side till crisp - 4
Flip very gently otherwise it will break ; remove from griddle & wait for 2 minutes then cut in to dingily with pizza cutter

Serve with ketchup mix with little chili sauce & enjoy pizza 🍕 pockets your evening meal
