Jowar bhakri with vegetable zunka wadi

In a bowl mix besan,salt and prepare thick batter adding enough water.

Heat oil add mustard and jeera add curry leaves,garli,onion and fry for a while,then add turmeric powder, methi powder, chilli powder mix it add little water,add besan mixture and stirring continuously cook till it forms dough and leaves the kadai break lumps if any.

Now transfer this to a greased plate and spread with the help of a bowl sprinkle sesame seeds and coconut grated,cool it for a while then cut in pieces.

Serve with jowar bhakri,shenga chutney,mango chutney and foxtail khichadi.
