Steps

Combine 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 egg, 1.5 tbsp maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.

Add 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 tsp baking soda. Stir well to combine.

Use ice cream scoop to scoop into pan. Flatten out a bit, then flip after they start to spread. Once cooked, top with butter and syrup to serve.
