These healthy packed Blondies with protein powder, nut butter and chickpeas!

Ingredients

  1. 1 can (15 oz)chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  2. 1/2 cupnatural peanut butter (or any nut butter)
  3. 1/3 cuppure maple syrup or honey
  4. 1/4 cupprotein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  5. 2 tspvanilla extract
  6. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/3 cupchocolate chips(little extra on top)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

    In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Blend until completely smooth.

    Fold in the chocolate chips.

    Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

    Let cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
