In a saucepan combine water and sugar and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Boil for 1 minute; remove from heat.

Stir in mint, ginger, cinnamon, cloves. Mix and let cool 30 minutes or completely cooled.

Slice large strawberries and place in a bowl along with blueberries and raspberries.

Place a sieve over a bowl and strain the mint syrup.

Toss fruit with syrup.

Serve immediately garnish with mint or cover and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
