Wash the romaine lettuce and soak it in ice water. Peel and dice the mango, kiwi, and grapefruit. Halve the tomatoes and grapes. Remove the seeds from the guava and dice it, then dice the apple.

Drain the romaine lettuce and place it on a plate. Arrange the fruits on top. Drizzle with Caesar dressing and sprinkle with tri-color quinoa. Done ✅
