  • 1 cupmung sprouts
  • 1 cupsoaked rice flakes
  • 2-3green chillies
  • 1/2 cupsemolina
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • 1/4 th cup water
  • 1 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Blendthesprout and rice flakes, with chilli, curd and water. Now add semolina, salt amd mix well. Keep aside for 10 mts.

    Now grease the pan and pour enough amount
    Cook brown on both the sides

    Serve hot with any chutney or sauce
