Wash peel and grate potatoes in water wash 3-4 times for removing starch.

Now drain out water completely and transfer potatoes in bowl sprinkle salt keep aside for 5 min

After 5 min take grated potatoes in your palms and press gently to remove excess water transfer in another bowl
Add all dry ingredients one by one add green coriander leaves chopped and mix well all together

Add cornstarch and mix all well together.
Meanwhile heat up oil in pan

Now make small roundles in popcorn shape keep aside.
