Chickpeas Beetroot Potato Devil
A deadly item for a rainy day.
Steps

At first fry badams with a little bit of refined oil and crush it in a grinder. Now boil chickpeas in a pressure cooker until 7-8 whistle.

Also boil beetroot & potatoes in a separate pressure cooker and grind it without water. Now mix the boiled chickpeas and all the masalas with salt. Grind it properly.

Now in a pan cook the paste with 1 spoon of refined oil and add fresh cream, besan & crushed badam powder. After switching off the gas add fennel seeds powder into the mixture and leave it for nearly half an hour.

Now make 5 portion out of the mixture in oval shape and pour it in cornflour paste. Now coat it with biscuit powder neatly.

Now it is the time to fry them deeply into hot refined oil and serve them hot with sauce & salads.
