Brazilian Lemonade or Limeade with our very own Gondhoraj Lemons is my innovative take on this very famous Summer drink from Brazil. It's refreshing. It's creamy and luscious. It's a great option for any day. And when there are severe hot spells amidst the Monsoon Season, then I think this is the right choice. It refreshes you. It's an excellent source of Vitamin C too which is very much needed during the Weather change.

In this simple yet a flavourful recipe, the ingredients are as minimal as just 4. Yet It's a perfect example of less is awesome. This amazing fluffy, super creamy and uniquely bitter drink is not only a visual stunner but also a connoisseurs delight. You will love it for every reason. The juicy Limes, the sweet Condensed milk, the cold water and the Ice-cubes all together contribute to it's superb taste, texture and flavour. It's a Potluck favourite too. This frothy drink is amazing in all aspects. This actually gets your family hooked to it just after the first sip. It is said to have been invented or created by a street vendor in Brazil which was actually a concoction made of Sugar, Limes and Ice. And later on Condensed milk was introduced which is now a great drink loved by many across the Globe.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
