Tuna and Cream Cheese Tart

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Open and drain the can of tuna.

In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, cream cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper.

Place the pie crust in a tart pan and spread the mustard over the bottom.

Pour the tuna mixture onto the crust.

Slice the tomatoes and arrange them on top of the tart.

Bake for about 40 minutes.

Once baked, let it cool and refrigerate.

Serve the tart well chilled with a little salad.
