Shrimp in tomato salsa and white rice

Ingredients

  1. 3tomatoes jitomates
  2. 1/2onion cebolla
  3. 1 Dienteajo - 1 garlic clove
  4. 3chile de arbol
  5. 1/2 libraCamarón con cáscara
  6. Al gustoPepper, salt, garlic powder, mined garlic
  7. 1cupJasmine rice
  8. Half white onion diced
  9. 1/2cup or 1 cup Frozen Kirkland veggies
  10. 1tablespoon Butter

Cooking Instructions

    Coat shrimp with seasoning, leave skin on

  2. 2

    In a blender, add Chiles, garlic, onion, tomatoes, and salt.

  3. 3

    Coat pan with butter and add shrimp once it’s hot. Flip and let both sides cook. Do not overcook shrimp

  4. 4

    Add salsa to pan with shrimp and leave cooking on low for ten to 15 minutes on low to medium heat.

    For the rice, cook rice and onion in about little bit of butter until light golden brown on medium heat

  6. 6

    Add 2 cups of liquid (water and chicken broth), and veggies to rice and cover on low for 20 min or until cooked
