Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgLiver
  2. 1 tbspoil
  3. 1 tbspsalt
  4. 2onions(chopped)
  5. 2tomatoes(chopped)

Steps

  1. 1

    Into a bowl wash and cut the liver into small cubes

  2. 2

    Then put in cooking pan to boil.

  3. 3

    Add salt and a little oil while it is still boiling

  4. 4

    Then add the diced onions and fry till they turn brown and the liver starts to brown

  5. 5

    Then add the chopped tomatoes mix then cover.

  6. 6

    Then add a little water and allow to boil for two more minutes.

  7. 7

    Serve while hot with rice.
