Prepare all the ingredients
Now heat the oil in a pan, then add cumin, cinnamon, cloves, saute the onion, then add garlic, cashew, water melon seeds, then add tomato, add salt and saute.
Now we will take out the cinnamon cloves and prepare their smooth gravy. - 2
Now prepare paneer slices and add butter in a pan, add chilli powder, salt and coriander powder and fry the paneer slices.
Then add them to a bowl full of water - 3
Now in a bowl add chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala and keep it soaked.
Now add oil and butter to the pan, when it gets hot, add the soaked spices and keep stirring until the oil separates.
Now add gravy to it and keep stirring until oil separates from it, then add cream and keep stirring until oil separates from it.

Now add slices of soaked paneer and mix and let it rise till the oil separates from it.
Now we will mix grated paneer with coriander and take it out in a plate and serve.
