Ingredients

  • Fresh Shucked oysters
  • heavy cream
  • green onions
  • bacon
  • potatoes
  • sauteed onions
  • chicken stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook off bacon crisp

  2. 2

    Cube potatoes

  3. 3

    Saute onions

  4. 4

    Add oysters, potatoes and onions into heavy cream and stock and cook until oysters are done so not over cook them!

  5. 5

    Garnish with green onions and bacon!
