3 servings

4bananas
6big potatoes
Coriander
Yellow and green pepper
Onion
Tomatoes/tomato paste

Steps

Fry the onions until golden brown
2

Add the potatoes first since the bananas tend to get cooked faster

After the potatoes are semi cooked add the bananas and the tomatoes paste
4

Cover let it boil for 15-20min time while turning make sure not to let it burn. Your food is ready
