Preheat your oven to 220 °C. Cut the potatoes in parts and mix them with a spoon of olive oil, add pepper and salt and spread over a baking sheet on your oven tray

Roast in the oven in about 20 minutes.

In the meantime clean the asparagus and cut into 3 pieces. Halve the radishes and cut the shallots into halves.

After 20 min. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and put the radish, shallot and asparagus on top. Drizzle with another spoon of the oil, roast in the oven for another 20 minutes.

Cook the eggs hard and peel them.

Cook the peas quickly 4 minutes then drain

Finely chop the chives. Mix the mustard and honey with the apple cider vinegar add the chives and another spoon of olive oil. Add pepper and salt, mix well.

Spoon the garden peas together with the honey- mustard dressing through the veggies on the tray.

Cut the eggs into parts and spread over the tray, sprinkle with more oil and pepper if you like ;-)
